I am a Civil Engineer with several years of experience in the engineering, construction and project management fields, including all stages of project development: from inception to commissioning and handing over. I am proficient in FIDIC Conditions of Contract and familiar with EU Contract Conditions (PRAG), the World Bank Contract Conditions and NSPA (NATO Support and Procurement Agency) Contract Conditions, as well as with EU/IBRD/ADB/EBRD/EIB/SIDA programs and requirements.
I have been working in several countries: Italy, Ukraine, Vietnam, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Armenia, Albania, Belarus and Georgia on both private and government investment projects, including the ones financed by IFIs. Fond of sea and mountains travelling. In HAEDES I will enjoy seeing our projects reshaping the environment for the better.
