Curious by nature and motivated by challenges, I enjoy bringing people, ideas and expertise together to turn complex questions into practical solutions. With a background in civil engineering and 18 years of international industrial experience, my career has taken me from engineering and innovation to global risk management, insurance and climate resilience.
I believe lasting impact comes from combining technical insight with an understanding of diverse stakeholder needs, guided by integrity, openness and mutual trust. Originally from Belgium and now based in Ecuador, I bring an international perspective and a passion for working across cultures.
At HAEDES, my ambition is to build meaningful partnerships and develop innovative, sustainable solutions that strengthen resilience and create lasting value for organizations and communities.
